Open Home in Oxford 11-12th September

As part of 'Heritage Open Days' (www.heritageopendays.org.uk) Tina Fawcett and Richard Blundel are opening their eco-renovated home, 29 Stapleton Road, Oxford, OX3 7LX, on Saturday 11th and Sunday 12th September, 1 - 5pm. Features include: internal and external solid wall insulation, under-floor hemp insulation, double-glazed sash windows, solar water heating, light pipe, efficient lighting and (some) UK-sourced and reclaimed materials.

Bristol Green Doors 11-12th September

Over 50 people will open their homes showcasing no-cost to high-cost measures that reduce domestic energy consumption and promote low-carbon living.

Stroud Eco-Renovation Open Homes Weekend 2010  11-12th September 

  The weekend is an opportunity to visit over 20 Eco-Renovation Open Homes around Stroud, see renewable energy in action, discuss energy efficiency and get advice on eco-renovations.

Brighton and Hove's Eco Open Houses 2010 9-12 September and 30-31st October 2010

 You can visit 'eco' houses in Brighton and Hove during the four Heritage Open Days (9-12 September) and two days of Energy Saving Week (30-31 October). Some of the houses are old, some are new, some have won awards, others seem ordinary.
