Oxfordshire ClimateXchange update #28 - Jan ‘08

Happy new year to you all - and I hope you're keeping dry...another result of warmer wetter winters is more persistent drizzle and flooding... Here's some news and upcoming events to fight the winter blues.

Before that, what did you think of 2007? Many think it might have been the start of society's big response to climate change. What are your memories? Yet another Independent front page? The floods? Kidlington vs Climate Change  - second get  together will be next Tuesday 22nd January at 8pm, in the Dogwood Pub. Over 30 community groups are engaged with climate change in Oxfordshire - how many of them do you know, and what could you gain from sharing ideas and insights? This evening will be a chance to meet other groups, get new ideas, have fun, share what's gone well (and not so well) and see how you can best support each other in the coming months and years.
