The event and workshops have been devised to respond to the needs of groups old and new with the key aim of providing you and your group with the skills and knowledge to put projects into action on the ground. This is a great opportunity to learn about the most exciting and innovative approaches to climate change and waste in the country. Topics covered include: community responses to Copenhagen, energy reduction & eco-renovation projects, innovative waste reduction, local authorities & climate change, community energy audits & thermal imaging, micro-hydro projects, local food initiatives and the nuts and bolts of starting a group.

There are only 150 places available, initially limited to a maximum of 4 per group, and must be booked by Mon 19th October. See below for a brief outline of the event.
