The St Antony's International Review (STAIR) -- the only peer-reviewed journal of international affairs at the University of Oxford -- is pleased to announce the launch of its issue on "New Directions in Climate Change Politics" (vol. 5, no. 2). In celebration of the tenth issue and the fifth anniversary of the Review, the panel discussion at Blackwell's Bookshop will be followed by a drinks reception in the Late Bar of St Antony's College, 62 Woodstock Road, starting at 9.00pm.
