OxTreeGen are running a great campaign called Fone Twigs in 2011 where they will plant a tree in Oxfordshire for every old mobile phone they receive, and send the giver a certificate detailing their name, the tree type and location.
Business, schools and organisations are all encouraged to join in, collecting up all their old work and personal mobiles that alternatively will go into landfill.
